Children's Book Week is a festival that is held in Australia yearly and is approaching its 67th anniversary this year. It is a week of celebrating famous Australian authors and illustrators as well as the general appreciation of books and the importance of reading. This year book week is being held from May 7-13.

The Avengers is a 2012 superhero film, scheduled for release in Australia on April 25. The film, based upon the popular Marvel Comic, was produced by Marvel Studios and is being distributed by Walt Disney Pictures.
