Easter Closures

Please note that we are closed from 4.30pm on Thursday 13th April 2017, and will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 18th April 2017.


Email Us with your enquiry and we will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible.


Courier and Postal services are not operational on Friday 14th and Monday 17th April, therefore there will be no parcel deliveries on these dates.


Pick-ups from our warehouse are not available during our advertised closure period above.

For orders 5kg and under

Standard Delivery is 1-4 days to most locations throughout Australia, longer for some rural or remote areas.


Express Delivery is 1-2 days to most locations throughout Australia, longer for some rural or remote areas.

 

For orders over 5kg


Bulky props and decorations, and orders weighing more than 5kg are shipped via Bulky Order Standard Delivery (eParcel Standard). Freight costs are calculated at Checkout after entering your delivery address.  If you need bulky items Express delivered, please contact us for a quote. 

 

When Will I Get My Order?

Estimated Delivery Dates are entirely dependent on each individual item being ordered, and your chosen shipping method.


Add your required items to the shopping cart. Your estimated Delivery Date will appear below the products in green. This is the earliest date you can expect your delivery, if Express Shipping is selected at checkout. Please note, we are unable to speed up your delivery.


Items listed as "In Stock!" are shipped same business day if order is placed before 2pm.


Items that state "Pre-Order for Delivery in 5-7 Days" are in stock with our suppliers, or in transit to our warehouse.


Couriers do not deliver on weekends or Public Holidays.


Who Will Deliver My Order?

We ship our parcels via StarTrack Express Courier and Australia Post eParcel, depending on your location. Your shipment email will advise you of the relevant carrier.


If your parcel ships via Australia Post eParcel, they may contact you via email or SMS with the option of Safe Drop. This is an agreement made between the receiver (you) and Australia Post prior to delivery of your parcel. If you opt in for Safe Drop with Australia Post, we will not be held liable for non-receipt of your parcel. For more information regarding Safe Drop, please refer to the Australia Post website here.


Orders over $100 may require a signature for delivery. Orders to units, flats, apartments and businesses may also require a signature for delivery. If you are not going to be home to accept delivery it is recommended to use an alternative delivery address where somebody can sign for the parcel. Alternatively, a card may be left by the courier advising you of how to obtain your parcel.


Couriers do not deliver on weekends or Public Holidays.


Please note: If your item is returned to us because of incorrect addressing or because delivery was attempted but not possible, you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee to have the parcel delivered again. So please ensure your address is correct!


Same Day Delivery - Melbourne Metro only

Need it now? We offer same day delivery within the Melbourne Metropolitan area for items listed as "In Stock!" if you order before 12 noon.


Add the items you require to the shopping cart and when you enter your Melbourne address and Post Code in the Checkout our system will provide you with a quote.


All same day prices quoted are firm, so if you wish to proceed then complete and pay for your order online and your delivery will be booked immediately!


Pick Ups

We offer free pick-up from our warehouse in Kilsyth, Victoria. You will still need to place an order online and select the pick-up option at checkout. This is to ensure the product is reserved for you.


Our pick up address is sent to you via SMS once your order is ready for pick up.


Pick-ups are available between 1.30pm - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.


The green Delivery Date shown on the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages is the earliest date your order can be picked up. Please check this date before ordering a pick up item.


International Shipping

Add your items to the cart and enter your delivery address in the Checkout to see delivery charges to your country. Charges are based on individual order weights.


Some international orders may get detained by local customs agencies. Costumes.com.au cannot be held responsible for any customs or import fees or duties that may be applicable in your country.


Please check with the appropriate authority to see if any taxes or duties apply before placing your order.


If an order gets held by customs, it may also delay delivery.
