How long does shipping take?
Please add the item to the cart, then proceed to checkout. Select your preferred shipping method for an accurate delivery date.
What does "Ships in 4 Days" mean?
Items stating this are in transit, so are not currently held in our warehouse. Therefore these items cannot be shipped immediately, as we need to wait for them to arrive to us from our supplier.

Selecting Express Shipping does not speed this process up, it simply means that we will ship it to you via Express Courier once we receive it, rather than via Standard Mail.
What is the difference between Standard and Express Shipping?
Standard Shipping is via Australia Post eParcel regular mail. Delivery can take up to 5 days from the date we ship your order.
Express Shipping is via eParcel Express Post or StarTrack Express courier. Delivery is usually 1-2 days from the date we ship your order.

Selecting Express Shipping on an item marked "Ships in 4 Days" will not speed up the delivery of your order. The estimated delivery date shown in green at the checkout is the fastest date we can deliver your order by.
Can I pay extra to get my order faster?
All orders are shipped as quickly as possible. We cannot ship your order faster than the Estimated Delivery Date shown in checkout. If you wish to change your order please use the form below to contact us, or call using the number at the top of our website.
When will my order arrive?
Your delivery date was shown in the cart and checkout. It is also shown in your Order Confirmation email. To confirm when your order will arrive you can also log in to your account. If you need to send an enquiry, please use the form below. For more information, view our shipping page.
Are you based in Australia?
Yes. We are an Australian owned and operated company and all transactions are processed in AUD. All of our product ships from our Melbourne warehouse.

Can I return an item?
We offer exchange, store credit or refund of item cost for change of mind and incorrect sizes purchased. Shipping Costs are non-refundable. See our full Returns Policy for more information.
