Halloween Shipping

Please note that items stating "Ships within 12 Days" cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Halloween.

We have thousands of items in stock, so if you cannot find what you are after, feel free to email, live chat or call for help from our customer service team.

Australian Shipping Methods

Standard Delivery is 1-5 days to most locations throughout Australia, longer for some rural or remote areas.
Express Delivery is 1-2 days to most locations throughout Australia, longer for some rural or remote areas.

Shipping costs for orders over 5kg

Bulky props and decorations, and orders weighing more than 5kg are charged by weight and postcode. You can still choose between Standard and Express delivery, however there is no free shipping option for orders over 5kg.


When Will I Get My Order?

Estimated Delivery Dates are entirely dependent on each individual item being ordered, as well as your chosen shipping method and delivery address.

To find your Estimated Delivery Date, add your required items to the shopping cart, and enter your address at checkout. Your estimated Delivery Date will appear once you select your preferred shipping method. The earliest date you can expect your delivery is that shown if Express Shipping is selected at checkout. Please note, we are unable to speed up your delivery.

Please Note: Couriers do not deliver on weekends or Public Holidays.

Who Will Deliver My Order?

We ship our parcels via StarTrack Express Courier and Australia Post eParcel, depending on your location. Your shipment email will advise you of the relevant carrier.

If your parcel ships via Australia Post eParcel, they may contact you via email or SMS with the option of Safe Drop. This is an agreement made between the receiver (you) and Australia Post prior to delivery of your parcel. If you opt in for Safe Drop with Australia Post, we will not be held liable for non-receipt of your parcel. For more information regarding Safe Drop, please refer to the Australia Post website.

If your parcel ships via StarTrack Express Courier and your order value is less than $300, most couriers will leave it in a safe place for you if you are not home. Orders to units, flats, apartments and businesses may still require a signature for delivery. Orders over $300 will always require a signature for delivery. If you are not going to be home to accept delivery it is recommended to use an alternative delivery address where somebody can sign for the parcel. Alternatively, a card may be left by the courier advising you of how to obtain your parcel.

Couriers do not deliver on weekends or Public Holidays.

Please note: If your item is returned to us because of incorrect addressing or because delivery was attempted but not possible, you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee to have the parcel delivered again. So please ensure your address is correct!

Same Day and Saturday Deliveries - Melbourne Only

We offer the following StarTrack OnDemand services to selected postcodes in Melbourne. If your address qualifies, these options will be shown to you in checkout.

  • OnDemand NOW (3-4 hour)  $24.95: This option is available until 2pm Monday to Friday, however if the delivery is going to a business address, the cutoff time for ordering is 1pm. Your order will be delivered to you in approximately 3-4 hours of your order being placed. Once an OnDemand NOW order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • OnDemand EVENING (6-9pm)  $14.95: This option is also available until 2pm Monday to Friday, and delivery can only be made to a residential address. Your order will be delivered between 6pm and 9pm on the same day your order is placed.
  • OnDemand SATURDAY (1-6PM)  $19.95: This option is available until 2pm for orders placed on Fridays only. Deliveries can only be made to a residential address. Your order will be delivered between 1pm and 6pm on the Saturday.

Pick Ups

We offer free pick-up between 10.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Kilsyth, Victoria. Place your order online and select the pick-up option at checkout to ensure the product is reserved for you. The green Estimated Delivery Date shown on the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages is the earliest date your order can be picked up. Please check this date before ordering a pick-up item.

Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a message via SMS along with our address details.

International Shipping

Add your items to the cart and enter your delivery address in the Checkout to see delivery charges to your country. Charges are based on individual order weights.

Some international orders may get detained by local customs agencies. cannot be held responsible for any customs or import fees or duties that may be applicable in your country. Please check with the appropriate authority to see if any taxes or duties apply before placing your order.

Please note: If an order gets held by customs, it may also delay delivery.
