*4 plastic 40cm tubes.

*3 plastic 9.5cm connectors.

Assemble the base and central column structure together, tie inflated balloons to the plastic rings included and thread the rings onto the pole - simply add a foil balloon to the top of the tower to complete your colourful balloon creation!
