Perfect for parties, weddings and corporate events, use this handy kit to create a colourful balloon tower for your party table. To assemble - wedge the balloon stick in the centre hole of the base to create a stand, tie inflated balloons (12cm works best) to the plastic rings included, then thread the rings onto the balloon stick and arrange balloons in the position you desire. Top it off with a larger foil balloon to create a colourful balloon tower.
