This kit includes a pink balloon, tulle, ribbon, and paper streamers, perfect for adding a touch of elegance to any event.
Instructions for use:
- Inflate the balloon with air and tie it off.
- Carefully unfurl the streamers and attach them to the bottom of the balloon with sticky tape (not included).
- Wrap the balloon with the provided tulle and secure it with the ribbon.
- For a floating effect, suspend the balloons from the ceiling using ribbon or fishing line (not included).
Hang the balloon from the ceiling to create a floating illusion. While the balloon can be filled with helium, be aware that the added weight of the attachments will shorten its float time.
